In this section, the Hostel can define various categories of supplements. These supplements are added to the total booking invoice and not calculated per bed.
If all the members of a group booking do not choose the same kind of supplements, supplements can be entered manually by double-clicking on the number. Another option is to split the group booking in several different bookings, which is best done by clicking on joint bookings.
Important: Supplements are not automatically re-calculated if a booking is modified!
It is possible to select the option to verify the supplements each time the user saves by activating it in the Online Administration. Each time a difference is noticed, the system displays an alert.
Click on "OK" to accept the changes suggested. Clicking on "cancel" keeps the amount of supplements unchanged.
