A click on the "cancel" button cancels the booking. A booking can be cancelled regardless of its status, even if some payment has already been received. In this case, the payment is not erased and can retroactively not be modified. Credit card details will be cancelled within 24 hours after cancellation.

A field provides space to indicate the reason for the cancellation (not compulsory).

A canceled booking is no more visible on the booking overview but remains in the system's background.
Search booking allows you to open the Edit booking window to track the changes.

Check that the cancelation cause and the bed(s) list are visible in the notes field.

Cancelled bookings can be deleted completely from the system Online administration (data - booking - history) by:
"Delete booking (definitive)": the booking is only still shown in Online Administration
“Hide booking”: the booking is not shown anywhere including in Online Administration
