Booking sheets

This section defines the current document templates (Booking card, Invoice, etc.):

Here are a few templates. To modify them, click on the pen symbol. To delete a template, click on the red X. To create a template, click on “Add entry”.

When creating a template, define first its title and language. Save these properties. Then open the template again to fill in the contents information.

Visualizing a template with the variables used can be done with “Test HTML” or “Test PDF”. In addition, the Online Admininistration always uses the information coming from the booking with the highest booking number.
