Automatic reports
Define parameters to send reports automatically by e-mail:
Click on “Add Entry” to enter a new setting. For the report type you can choose between these alternatives:

| - monthly (last) | - on the first of the month for the last month |
| - monthly (last) + 10 days | - on the 10th of the month for the last month |
| - monthly (current) | - on the first of the month for the current month |
| - monthly (next) | - on the first of the month for the next month |
| - monthly (+12 months) | - on the first of the month for the next 12 months |
| - wekkly (Mo–Su) | - On monday for the past week (Mo - Su) |
| - daily (yy) | - Every day for the previous day |
| - daily (yt) | - Every day for the previous to this day |
| - daily (tt) | - Every day for the current day |
| - daily (t+) | - Every day for the today to the next day |
| - daily (++) | - Every day for the next day |
| - daily (+1 month) | - Every day for the next month |
Further you can choose a certain time for the dispatch, the language (German/English), the desired report and the format. Enter the e-mail address, to which the report will be sent.
