Guest categories
The hostel direction can define several categories in which to sort their guests. These categories can be useful for marketing purposes or when building a list of unwanted customers (blacklist).
The guest categories are defined in the online administration under “Data – Guests – Categories”:
To creat a guest category, click on “Add entry”. To change an existing category, click on the pen symbol or change it directly in the overview screen. Do save the changes immediately.
The order in which the categories are shown can be changed by clicking on the arrow on the lower left of the categories descriptions (in the overview screen).
To delete a category, click on the red X.
