Setup HW non-refundable rate

Some users report that after activation of non-refundable rate it is closed/switched off after 24 hours. This is because our interface does close all found rates which are not defined in our system.
To setup non-refundable rate (or breakfast rate) on Hostelworld, please follow this guide: All changes can be made by anybody with access to hostelworld inbox and admin.book.world
If you want to setup a breakfast-rate or even a non-refundable-breakfast rate simply adapt this guide accordingly.

1) HW-Inbox: activate the non-refundable rate for all room types. After activation (or if already activated) check that the typ of the nr rate is set to Amount (not percent)

2) trigger our interface to synchronize room types/rates from hostelworld:
admin.book.world -> Online -> click on Hostelworld box -> Action -> click on "Start import"

3) wait until the hoursglass changes to a check mark:

4) adjust the rate settings:
admin.book.world -> Calendar -> Pricing -> click on Rates (for each price group):

5) adjust the settings:

5.1 make sure that the switch is turned on (sometimes you need to save and edit again after switching on)
5.2 select % (or AUD)  for default rate
5.3 0 (zero) = no adjustment of price for default rate
5.4 select % for nr-rate
5.5 set value to -10 to give 10% reduction for nr rate
5.6 if same configuration should be used for all room type, click on copy to all (on the row with the data which should be copied).

6) repeat 4/5 for all price groups

7) for special price groups (e.g. new year's eve) it is also possible to have a different rate configuration - e.g. only nr rate (no default rate). Then just set the default rate to "closed" instead of %/AUD, and then nr-rate can be without reduction:

8) wait a few minutes

9) check in the hostelworld inbox if everything is as expected. If you see any issues, please contact book.world support and include a screen shot of the hostelworld inbox and mark the issue. Please make sure that all relevant information is clearly seen on the screen shot.
