Any guest field can appear in the online reservation process. It can be optional or required during the booking process.
Online Checkin
Any field can also be used in the online check-in process. You can define if the field is entered just once per booking (Main guest) or for every person (All guests). If any field is configured for online check-in the link for online check-in is provided in the confirmation email and a option is available in bwo.
