It is recommended to connect the interface to your own homepage (DormOnline) prior to connecting it to the gomio.com interface as the same confirmation e-mails will be needed.

Please verify in your «E-Mail texts» the confirmation e-mails you may have received, as they will be needed for booking with Gomio.

In case that you have integrated the GOMIO booking tool in your homepage be aware that this won't be working after connection with the GOMIO interface (Feb 2012).

The connection to gomio.com is done with the following steps:

If not yet done, register your hostel with Gomio. Your login (user name and password) will be sent to you within a few days. You can then set-up or edit your profile.

Send us an e-mail (info@dormproject.ch) stating that you would like to connect to the interface. Could you send us at the same time answers to the following questions?
- Should the commission be added on top of the prices?
- Which price should be displayed in DormBook (before or after tax, with or without the commission?)
- Should the commission be invoiced to you in DormBook? If yes, which mode of payment should be set-up?

We will use this information for the set-up to be done on our side and will contact you shortly after.

After you have received an e-mail from us, enter in «Online Administration: Online: Online Groups» the Portal/room categories combinations that you wish to have for Gomio.

When all the settings are done, send us another e-mail. Then we activate the interface in cooperation with gomio.com. This usually needs 1 or 2 days.
