Menu Guests → Find guest
You can search for guests previously registered in the guest list using different fields (First or Last name, Country of residence, Remarks, etc.). It is also possible to search for only part of a name (e.g. in the middle of a name). When a guest is found, data can be edited by doubble clicking, via the contextual menu (right click) or via the Edit button.
The context menu allows:
- Edit
- New (create guest)
- Delete
You can also delete guests that are part of a booking.
If no search criterion is selected, the list is shown empty. Clicking on “Reset” erases all the search criteria.
We would like to emphasize the power of searching guests by categories. The hostel management may wish to configure in Online Administration a category called “Blacklist” on which problematic guests can be listed.
