A guest is created once the minimum personal data to identify and collect the booking has been gathered. The following fields are linked with each guest:
Last name, first name, address, nationality, passport number, date of birth, notes.

To file additional information connected to the guest, six additional fields can be defined. The example shows the manually user-defined fields in red, with five out of the possible six used.

 
Some data fields linked with each guest are predefined, as they are used by DormOnline and the interfaces:

Address
Salutation, Address, Address line 2, Post code, Town, E-Mail

Credit cards
Type of Credit card (CC), CC name*, CC number*, CC expiry date*
*: These fields are stored encrypted in the database.
The credit card details are automatically deleted 10 days after the guest's departure.

In addition, guests can be split in various categories.
