As soon as your Stripe account is connected to DormProject, it is used to charge the cards (also for booking fees). Therefore it's important to keep all the account settings up to date. As we have not access to your account we can not do any changes.

So far we recognized that a wrong Merchant Category (MCC) can raise the possibility that cards are denied. For any help regarding Stripe, please contact stript customer support.
