Find reservation dialog with time filter:

Find guest dialog: search for reservation number and show reservation number(s) in a column:

Edit reservation group: combine 2 reservations into 1 (condition: either same arrival and same duration or full match of all beds)

edit reservation group: add a reservation from another reservation group or a full group to the current group reservation

Extend reservation:
when you choose "extend reservation" in the calendar, then just pick the reservation you want to extend and the guest information from the chosen reservation is assigned to the newly created reservation.
