Daily prices and extending reservations
Daily prices are now shown in the edit reservation dialogue. 
Previously, when a reservation was created, the mean price over all selected days was calculated and stored for the beds. When extending a reservation, this existing mean price was also used for the additional days.

By default, DormBook now uses the currently configured daily price for each additional day when extending a reservation.
A daily price can also be changed individually. The edit dialogue shows the price currently configured in the system and allows this price to be used directly.

The previous behaviour can be restored in

admin.book.world -> Settings -> App Options -> Diverse

with the option:
Use mean price value to extend a reservation (instead of daily price)

Passport reader

• extend existing reservation in calendar: choose the reservation to extend; the guest and age-category information is then assigned to the new reservation

Find reservation dialog with time filter:

Find guest dialog: search for reservation number and show reservation number(s) in a column:

Edit reservation group: combine 2 reservations into 1 (condition: either same arrival and same duration or full match of all beds)

edit reservation group: add a reservation from another reservation group or a full group to the current group reservation

Extend reservation:
when you choose "extend reservation" in the calendar, then just pick the reservation you want to extend and the guest information from the chosen reservation is assigned to the newly created reservation.
