It is recommended to connect the interface to your own homepage (DormOnline) prior to connecting it to the Agoda interface.
The connection to Agoda is done with the following steps:

If not yet done, register your hostel with Agoda. With the received login data (hostel code number, user name, and password) you will be able to log in under https://ycs4.agoda.com/en-us/Login. You can set-up or edit your profile where possible (inter alia your rooms with their rates). We recommend that you fill in values slightly higher than your actual prices as these rates would be used only if the interface is not working or for bookings in a distant future (in more than nine months).

Send us an e-mail (info@dormproject.ch) stating that you would like to connect to the interface and tell us your hostel number with Agoda. Please provide us with answers to the following questions:
- Should the commission appear as an additional charge on the guests' invoice?
- Which price should be displayed in DormBook (before or after tax, with or without the commission?)
or
- Should the commission be invoiced to you in DormBook? If yes, which mode of payment should be set-up?
3.
We will use this information for the set-up to be done on our side and will send you an e-mail that you can enter in the Online Administration under «Online: Online Groups» the Portal/room categories combinations that you wish to have for the Agoda interface. When this has been done, please confirm it to us, so that we can complete the set-up.
4.
In order to check the correct functioning of the interface, we usually start a synchronisation for the next seven days. If you will have confirmed to us that the prices and availabilities are synchronised right, we will set the duration of synchronisation to the usual nine months.
